Repairs & Maintenance Request

SIGNIFY Real Estate values the importance of maintenance requests. If you need any maintenance assistance, we encourage you to use the PropertyMe App to submit your requests. If you haven’t logged in before, please reach out to us for a download link. Remember that our property management team will provide you with a unique link to download the application—please avoid downloading it directly from the internet.

In case of an emergency after hours (as defined in our Urgent Repairs guidelines), please follow the instructions and use the emergency contacts provided below.

Urgent Repairs

The following situations are classified as urgent repair works that require immediate attention:

  • Burst water service.
  • Blocked or broken lavatory system
  • Serious roof leak
  • Gas leak
  • Dangerous electrical fault
  • Flooding or serious flood damage
  • Failure of gas, electricity or water supply to the premises
  • Fault or damage likely to cause injury to person or property.
  • Fault or damage that causes the residential premises to be unsafe or insecure.
  • Serious fault in any door, staircase, lift or other common area that inhibits or unduly inconveniences the tenant in gaining access to and use of the premises.
  • Failure or breakdown of any service on the premises essential for hot water, cooking, heating or laundering
  • Serious storm or fire damage

If you encounter any of these emergencies, please promptly contact the designated tradesperson provided. In case you are unable to reach them or they are unavailable, you have the option to engage a qualified tradesperson of your choice to address the issue.

Remember that we are not directly involved in handling emergencies. To ensure a smooth resolution, document evidence such as photos and videos, which you can submit via the PropertyMe App. The professionals will then determine the responsibility for addressing the issue.

Please note: Failure to provide sufficient evidence and an unreasonable invoice amount after the service may result in your covering the entire cost or you might only be able to be reimbursed partially. Lockouts are explicitly Excluded from the landlord’s coverage.
